BOURBON - The Triton Athletic Department is excited to announce the hiring of Jaela Meister as our Boys Track and field Head Coach. She is a 2016 graduate of Triton Jr-Sr High School where she was an outstanding student-athlete participating in Volleyball, Basketball, and Track & Field. Coach Meister spent last season as the Varsity Assistant Track and field coach. She is also coaching girls basketball for Triton in the Junior High program. Athletic Director, Rodney Younis, stated “We are excited to have Coach Meister lead our Boys Track & Field program. She has a strong background in not only Track and Field but in developing athletes and getting the most out of them. She brings energy, high expectations, and a desire to develop our athletes academically and athletically.” Jaela Meister was approved as the Head Boys Track and Field Coach at Monday night’s school board meeting.
