Peru Invitational - 8/19
PERU - Triton Boys Tennis team traveled to Peru for year 37 of their Invite which consisted of teams from Peru, Centerville and Twin Lakes.
Although, Triton was outgunned and a little shell shocked during warm-ups and announcements coach Gardner wanted to let the team experience some higher level competition that he believes will make the team better and ready for this years sectional change up and tougher opponents on schedule. It was more about building confidence and letting the boys see that they can settle in and win some points, then some games by competing. This was only the first invite as Triton will also be traveling to the Warsaw Invite later in season. Triton's freshman Colton Large moved into #2 Singles and Max Ritchison moved into #3 Singles for the invite.

Logansport - 8/21
LOGANSPORT - Triton Boys Tennis team traveled to Logansport and took a loss against the Berries 5-0. On a very warm and muggy day Triton struggled against a heavy dominated upperclassman team 6 of their top 7 were either seniors or juniors. Triton #1 Singles Caden Large and #1 Doubles Zak Greer and Isaiah Vaca both managed to win 5 games which took a lot of sweat and determination.

North Judson - 8/22
NORTH JUDSON - Triton Boys Tennis team traveled to North Judson for a conference match and came away with a victory 3-2. The #2 Tritons Doubles Jaydon Heckaman and Blayze Hensley defeated Peyton Harris and Levi Minix in two sets. Triton's Large brothers Caden and Colton provided the other two wins at 1 and 3 Singles. Once again the #1 Doubles went into a tiebreaker to decide the second set and lost 8-6 to North Judson Owen Timme and Ebert White, who rallying to win the third set against Triton's Zak Greer and Isaiah Vaca.

Rochester - 8/28
BOURBON - Triton Boys Tennis team hosted Rochester and took a loss against the Zebras 4-1. Triton only win came at 3 singles as freshman Colton Large outlasted Rochester Aston Musselma in the third set. Triton Double play continues to get better with notching 24 games between the two matches with freshman Max Ritchison stepping up at 1 Doubles.
